Although it was necessary to roll out Asian languages, translator training and support was necessary in introducing a new cloud-based TMS (Translation Management System).

Staff familiar with TMS trained the Chinese staff, and by instructing the translators and partners from there, TOIN was able to lead the project without burdening the client at all.
