Due to differing value systems between Japan and the U.S. headquarters, the vision, mission, and values of the headquarters were not accurately communicated to the company leaders in Japan. The client wanted each country leader to grasp the company's vision, mission, and values in order to manage effectively based on an understanding of the company's culture.
By taking into account the differences in judgment criteria between the U.S. headquarters and Japan, we proposed translations that facilitated Japanese individuals' understanding of the company's culture, thereby allowing the vision and values to be smoothly and naturally internalized.
