The client had strict requirements for information leaks during development and was looking to establish a highly secure development environment.

A dedicated work room was created and the electronic lock to enter the room was changed periodically. All of the project members worked in the room, and people not involved in the project, even the president of the company, could not enter the room. In order to communicate with the customer in a secure manner, a network system separate from the company LAN was built, and email/file exchanges were all encrypted to create the security environment required by the customer. The client visited the work room in person on a regular basis to inspect the operating status of information management. TOIN received feedback that their security management was the best among all of their partners and vendors.
