The client publishes soccer articles daily with the aim to increase European soccer fans, and despite the large number of English articles every day (365 days a year), it was essential to deliver translations for them during the same day. Translators and proofreaders required knowledge of soccer.

TOIN implemented test translations (to determine appropriate translators), and created a project team comprised of linguists with a deep knowledge of soccer. The proofreader & coordinator retrieved the English source by 4AM every morning and then determined and allocated the content/volume. Translation would begin at 5AM, and completed translations were proofread, delivered and posted to the website on the same day. The customer and the chief Japanese language editor of UEFA thought very highly of the quality and service of TOIN.
