The client configured a line for the plant with a complex structure, and it was difficult to supply a suitable translation just by looking at the Japanese manual alone. The glossary was technical, so without a supervisor it was impossible to create the content. Existing translations provided by other translation companies could not be used without correction.
By sending a translator to talk with the client in Kyushu and be involved in the actual operations, the content could be grasped and accurately translated. Moreover, the translations could be used without the need for revision.
