    The head office was on the west coast of the United States, and Japanese and Korean were each handled by those branch offices respectively, so TOIN visited each branch office and worked to determine any problems. By continuously and flexibly reviewing the process, TOIN was able to clarify the problems. The translators participated in a seminar hosted by the client, and resources were secured by creating an environment for training translators in specialist fields.
