In order to introduce a new cloud-based TMS (Translation Management System), translator training and support was necessary.
TOIN assigned an in-house staff member who was familiar with TMS and implemented training and support for the translators so there was no burden on the client. Also, being able to handle suitable support and communications with the client without any time difference meant that TOIN was able to achieve quality and deadlines in line with the client's wishes even though the deadline for this project was tight.
