The client could not conduct translations in Japan as their Singapore team was managing all of Asia, so there were issues with the translation quality.
Along with the launch of the Japan office, TOIN persuaded the people in charge of managing all of Asia to be able to lead translations from Japan. TOIN spoke about the importance of product quality and how it exceeded the cost issue, and after convincing the client, TOIN was able to collectively handle all Japanese translation requests and ensure product quality.
