The client had localized overseas software and were selling it in Japan, but because they had been using their own tools to localize in-house, there were areas that they could not localize.
By foreseeing the problem and taking an initiative to put out an alternate solution, TOIN moved ahead with the project while finding a good balance between the client's original methods and common localization methods. By suggesting realistic methods as needed, TOIN was able to provide the translations without any issues.
