The period required for submitting a pharmaceutical application in order to sell medical electronic devices (developed in the United States) in Japan varied, so it was not possible to set a schedule in advance. In some cases, it was necessary to provide documents such as manuals and promotional brochures for delivery in an extremely short period of time.
A schedule was proposed after in-depth talks between the client's marketing manager and TOIN's project manager. In some cases TOIN provided comprehensive support after directly contacting the person in charge in the client's home country. TOIN also reduced printing costs by changing to Japanese specifications without applying the US printing specifications. Due to this complex support, the client's burden was significantly reduced and the client was able to ensure enough time to focus on their marketing activities.
