This was the client's first experience of a full-scale multilingual development, so there was a need to move ahead with the project while taking initiatives regarding issues, scheduling, and files.

Regarding the multilingual translations, by providing knowledge about the workflow and communication, and with TOIN leading the entire process, TOIN was able to handle issues that occurred with or without notice and successfully lead the multilingualization project.
