The project was related to a major news story so there were many changes to the schedule, and there was a need to deliver a large number of documents in a short period of time without compromising quality.

TOIN was able to provide support for sudden projects by using a Computer-Assisted Translation tool (Trados) and assembling a team of translators and proofreaders. When required, a meeting was held in English between 3 companies including the company producing the manual to achieve an efficient resolution including schedule adjustments and matters regarding UI translations.
