There were multiple orders every day, so the handling costs were expensive due to downloading, generating translation files, arrangements, and deliveries using the normal method. Projects needed to be submitted on weekends and national holidays, so there was a need to manage all detailed projects up until the receipt of the fees.

TOIN engineers constructed an automatized system for almost all of the phases involved, from downloading the files from the server, arranging translators and proofreaders, to delivery of the files. By partnering up with credit card companies, TOIN was able to automatize orders/invoices/payments, significantly reducing the costs for the client and allowing the client to operate it everyday.
