The client had to create a business manual for a hotel without any specifications. As this was a specialized field, a specialized technical writer was not available.

TOIN conducted interviews with each of the staff members about specific examples and rewrote the manual by visualizing the data retrieved from the interviews. TOIN completed the manual by repeatedly listening to the opinions of staff members. TOIN was well-acknowledged for the manual, and received requests to create management manuals for general affairs and accounting.
