There was a need for technical writers to create documents using FrameMaker. There was a need to update existing documents (created with a document system by another company that was used when forming a joint venture) into a new system. There was a need to manage the data in XML format and create a PDF/HTML Help.

TOIN performed authoring with FrameMaker and created an XML template. TOIN was able to create a single source multi-use content that could be exported to various formats. Enabling writers to easily convert data with the screen UIs without worrying about the background system facilitated production process efficiency. Special engineers were involved with the system development of the document system. Using existing tools, development costs were reduced.
