The client wanted to update their blog articles relating with security (updated from their head office) every day with no time difference.
TOIN was in charge of translating from English to Japanese and English to Simplified Chinese. The translators were selected/reserved and a workflow was created where they would wait until 10AM each morning to start translating. Each morning, TOIN checked if the blog was updated and only in the case it was, TOIN would contact the client, and translation would begin immediately without waiting for a responses from the client. By being in charge of everything including the uploading process, TOIN was able to create a system workflow where they could update the blog on the same day and would contact the client only about the update.
