They need to raise motivation through a shared awareness of marketing, but the examples from the head office located in a different country failed to inspire real feeling among the salespeople.

We created videos of examples in Japan to reach the mindsets of each salesperson. By creating using infographics (video using computer graphics rather than recorded video), we succeeded in eliminating the need to shoot video and ensuring sufficient appeal while at the same time creating them within the required budget. Sharing information with the staff via video was able to appeal to them in a way that a document could not.
